The general terms and conditions of the Les website are drafted in accordance with the

Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Tax

Certification of Invoices Act (ZDavPR), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

IOK Website), is managed by the company IOK Rehab, Ian Oskar Katanec s.p., Cesta Cirila

Kosmača 9, Ljubljana, 1211 Ljubljana - Šmartno, which is also the provider of e-commerce

services (hereinafter: IOK Company).

Hereinafter referred to as IOK.

The general terms and conditions define the operation of the IOK Website, the rights and

obligations of users and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the provider

and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at

the time of purchase (when submitting an online order). The user is explicitly informed about the

general terms and conditions when placing an order and confirms their awareness of them by

submitting the order.

 

By using the website, the user confirms that they understand, accept, and agree to all provisions

of these general terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy and personal data protection

policy published on the website.

 

These general terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, may be changed or

supplemented at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes to

these policies, the user confirms their agreement with the modifications.

IOK Website).

 

User: A person who uses the provider’s website and online store available at the above link.

 

IOK Website: An online catalog intended for presenting IOK Company. The offerings presented

on the website are for informational purposes only.

The use of the IOK Website is subject to these terms of use, including applicable regulations of

the Republic of Slovenia.

  • Will not distribute copyrighted content or content owned by another legal or natural person;

  • Will not attempt to collect, store, or acquire personal data of other users;

  • Will not copy, store, or distribute entire or partial content from the IOK Website in any way;

  • Will not use malicious code, harmful software, or anything that could interfere with, disable, or damage the service, the provider, or its software and hardware.

 

Availability of Information

  • The IOK Company undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • The identity of the company (company name, registered office, company registration, and tax number);

  • Contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone);

  • The functionality, including any applicable technical protection measures for digital content, when appropriate;

  • Information on the compatibility of digital content with hardware and software known to the company or reasonably expected to be known;

  • Any costs associated with using communication means, if different from the standard rate;

  • The existence and availability of any codes of conduct applicable to the provider.

Exceptional Disclosure of Personal Data

  • Data collected and processed by IOK Company will only be disclosed if required by the

  • Personal Data Protection Act or in good faith that such action is necessary for court proceedings or other governmental processes.

  • IOK Company will contact the user via remote communication methods only if the user has explicitly consented. The company will respect any user's request not to receive promotional messages.

  • Promotional emails will include:

    • A clear and unambiguous designation as an advertisement;

    • A clear sender identification;

    • Various promotions, campaigns, and other marketing techniques will be clearly labeled as such;

    • A clear method for unsubscribing from further promotional messages.

 

Legal Notice

The IOK website and all data on it, such as product images, graphic and video elements, are

protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission from the

company.

Limitation of Liability

IOK Company strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on the

website. However, product characteristics, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that

IOK Company may not be able to update the website in time. In such cases, IOK Company will

inform the customer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the contract or replace the

ordered product.

Exclusion of Liability

We reserve the right to disable the website or restrict access to it due to technical or other

issues and maintenance, which may also affect the online store's availability.

 

In the event of technical issues on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by

the error. If orders are canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you about

further steps.

You must ensure appropriate protection of your equipment when accessing and using the

website.

The customer must maintain the security and confidentiality of login credentials used on the

Complaints and Disputes

 

IOK Company complies with applicable European consumer protection laws and strives to

establish an effective complaint handling system. A designated person is available for contact in

case of issues via telephone or email.

 

Complaints can be submitted via email at: iokrehab@gmail.com. The complaint handling

process is confidential. IOK Company will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working

days, inform the customer of the estimated processing time, and provide updates on the

process.

 

IOK Company acknowledges that consumer disputes, especially in legal proceedings, often

involve disproportionate costs relative to the claim’s economic value. This can discourage

consumers from pursuing legal action. Therefore, IOK Company aims to resolve disputes

amicably whenever possible.

 

In the event of legal proceedings, the competent court is the one corresponding to the

company's business address.

Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution (in accordance with Article 32 of the ZlsRPS)

In accordance with legal regulations, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer

dispute resolution as competent for handling a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate

under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

 

As a provider of goods and services offering an online store in Slovenia, IOK Company

publishes an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform (ODR):

This arrangement follows the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU)

No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for

consumer disputes, and amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive

2009/22/EC.

 

Changes

The provider may amend existing general terms and conditions without prior notice. Users

agree to regularly check for updates to the terms of use.

If a user no longer agrees with the updated terms, they must immediately stop using the IOK

website. By accessing the website, users confirm their acceptance of any modifications or

additions.
